Order Processing

Our goal is to ship all website orders on the following business day.

  • Please note that weekends and public holidays are not business days.

  • In some cases, shipping may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

    • Severe weather conditions (like heavy snow between November and March).

    • Holiday Demand. We typically ship on weekends between Black Friday through Christmas to help get your orders to you in time for the holidays!

    • Government restrictions or shutdowns (e.g., COVID-19).

    • Temporary staffing shortages.

    • Even in these cases, we always do our best to minimize delays and keep your order moving.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
We are working on expanding to more countries in the future!

Shipping Time

  • United States: 5 to 15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5 to 15 business days

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it reaches your door.

Shipping Address

  • Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct and up to date.

  • If you entered the wrong address:

    • Before shipping: we can update it for you.

    • After shipping: unfortunately, we cannot change it.

Incorrect Addresses

  • If a package is delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.

  • If the package is returned to us, you may choose:

    • A refund for the items only (shipping fees are not refundable).

    • Or, we can reship your order if you cover the new shipping cost.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of an order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

Please keep an eye on your tracking updates! Sometimes packages may be held at customs in your country.

  • Customs Fees & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, or receiving charges that may apply.

  • Package Pickup: If your package is held at customs or the local post office, it’s the customer’s responsibility to pick it up.

  • Returns from Customs: If a package is returned to us because it wasn’t collected, we will refund the cost of the items only, minus any fees we are charged for the return.
